After graduating from the University of Birmingham with an Honours degree in Hospitality Business Management, Louis Lee Kin Ming kicked off his career at ilLido (currently known as The ilLido Group) as a front-of-house crew back in 2013, when the restaurant was housed at Sentosa Golf Club.

When the establishment expended into a collection of unique and high quality restaurant concepts, Louis was placed in the opening team at Aura and subsequently, Braci, where his service was further groomed as a Restaurant Supervisor.

Louis soon fell in love with hospitality when his guests displayed a deep sense of appreciation to his and his team’s service, making the hustle of the evening extensively worthwhile.

Currently at TONO Cevicheria serving as a restaurant manager, guests have a great liking towards Louis for his witticism and sense of humour, and as they warm up to his easy-going deposition, diners quickly turned to regular patrons. Louis believes genuine service supersedes one where sales take precedence – it is important to deliver what one promises to the guests.
